Description
This auction is for Michael Chapman’s “Wrecked Again” LP, issued by Harvest / EMI in 1971. Catalogue number is SHVL 798. It has the EMI logo on the sleeve and record. The record is housed in an EMI / Harvest inner bag, within an outer gatefold sleeve.
The record itself is in outstanding condition. I purchased this from a record shop a couple of years back – they had had it in stock since purchasing as a new release back in 1971 and it had been on their shelf ever since! As a result, the record is EX+. I have only played it a couple of times and it gives a superb playback with no obvious flaws.
I would grade the sleeve as VG- as, whilst intact with no tears, there are some light creases (one heavier one on the rear sleeve), ring wear, and general marks from storage. The spine is also a little dented in places. Nonetheless, the condition of the record itself makes this a very attractive purchase for any Chapman / Harvest collector!
