Description
1979 Off the Wall US with rare Grammy hype sticker. The is a catalogue FE 34745 which is NOT the repress PE 34745. My understanding is that the record label sent these stickers to the distributor after MJs Grammy win to move out the stock that had been sitting around, unsold due to the anti-disco backlash.
