Up for auction is a highly collectible, authentic 1997 European promotional 12" vinyl single of Michael Jackson’s HIStory / Ghosts. This exclusive promo features the magnificent HIStory World Tour live photography on the jacket and a beautiful custom blue center label showcasing Michael's iconic silhouette. Distributed strictly to radio DJs and select media outlets, this pressing is significantly scarcer than the regular commercial release.

CONDITION DETAILS:


  • VINYL: NEAR MINT (NM) / MINT (M) — ARCHIVAL UNPLAYED COPY
  • Purchased brand-new by the original owner in 1997 and safely stored in a private collection for nearly three decades. This record has NEVER been played and has never touched a turntable needle. The vinyl holds a spectacular, pristine, mirror-like factory gloss. Completely scratch-free and untouched. A flawless time capsule for serious collectors!

  • PICTURE SLEEVE: VERY GOOD (VG)
  • The original promotional picture jacket is fully intact with no seam splits. It shows some light surface wear, minor edge/corner scuffing, and minor ringwear from house-moving and general shelf storage over the past 29 years. It still has an old white price/archive sticker in the top-left corner. (Please see high-resolution photos for exact cosmetic details).

SHIPPING & PACKAGING:

The record will be packed with professional care. To prevent seam splits during transit, the vinyl disc will be removed from the outer jacket and housed in a protective sleeve. The entire package will be shipped securely inside a heavy-duty cardboard vinyl mailer with tracking and insurance.
