Michael Jackson – HIStory: Past, Present and Future, Book I Original 1995 First-Generation 3-LP Vinyl Box Set (Catalog: E3 59000 / BL 59001) An absolute treasure for audiophiles and serious collectors. This is the rare, first-generation original US press featuring the unedited versions of "They Don't Care About Us" and "HIStory," which were quickly altered or removed on subsequent pressings. This copy does not include an apology letter, confirming its true first-run status. Item Condition & Archival Handling
- The Box: Flawless condition. Shows absolutely no corner shelf wear, fading, or edge splitting. It has been stored upright in a protective outer sleeve within a climate-controlled room. (Note: Does not include the original external shrink wrap or hype sticker).
- The Vinyl: The 3 LPs are in immaculate condition and have been handled strictly by their outer edges. To completely eliminate the risk of seam splits during storage and transit, the records have been safely removed from their inner sleeves and placed into premium Zolef Three-Ply Anti-Static Archival Quality Paper Enclosed Super Soft sleeves.
- The Sleeves & Booklet: The original lyric booklet and artwork inserts are beautifully preserved. One of the original album sleeves has a small, minor seam split that was present from the factory when the box set was first opened.
