"History Past, Present and Future Book I" (1995)

Michael Jackson's epic 3 LP box set. This is the original US 1st pressing, purchased new by me about a week after it came out in 1995. I opened it to confirm that it has the original lyrics to the track "They Don't Care About Us" (which it does) and I played the first three sides (using a lightweight tonearm and audio technica cartridge, tracking force set at 1.5 grams) to record onto a cassette. The third record is unplayed. The original 12x12 book that comes with it is in NM condition.

Cover NM-

The box is in nearly perfect condition as I kept it in it's original shrinkwrap. The only flaw is a small area at the bottom left corner where the glossy black covering has come up a little. This is how the box was when I bought it. Still has the original factory sticker on the shrinkwrap.

Vinyl NM/NM-/NM

The 1st record looks flawless. I can't see any marks on it at all. The 2nd LP has a few light marks from sliding it in and out of it's inner sleeve, but you really have to look carefully under a bright light to see them. The 3rd record is unplayed and is just like it came from the factory. All three records come in their original custom inner sleeves.
