Sleeve is inscribed "To Steve Michael Penn" in gold sharpie. Sleeve shows some wear but is still shiny and bright; please see photos. Vinyl is in excellent shape with very light surface scratches keeping it from a NM grade. Nice original inner sleeve.
This album is a RARE must have for any Michael Penn fan! No LP copies were available for sale; vinyl was strictly promo-only.
