Description
Very rare original UK Columbia label 2X W/L single sided test pressings for the extremely collectable recording by Michael Rabin (Violin) and The Phillamonia Orchestra (Conducted by Lovro Von Mataic). This is on original Columbia 33CX1281 (1956?) and has Paganini and Glazunov violin concertos. As this is a test pressing it comes in white sleeves and is spread over 2 single sided records (test single on b sides of both). Handwritten test press labels. Formerly BBC property and comes in record library cover also from 1950s. Vinyl very clean and only some slight marks EX- or VG+++. Offered at bargain start price.
