Mick Abrahams Band, A Musical Evening, Orig UK G/fld LP, EX/EX+, A-1U 1st Press!
Description
Original UK green Chrysalis with the white 'i' label stereo press LP, with the earliest A-1U B-1U 1st issue matrices! The E.J. Day Group matt textured gatefold sleeve is intact & in EX condition, with some very light corner/edge wear and light storage rubbing on the cover, with a small sticker mark on the front corner. The spine is intact and fully readable, the company inner is intact & in EX condition. The record is in visually EX+ condition, with only a couple of faint sleeve removal hairlines visible on each side. The labels are in EX+ condition, clean & bright with evidence of a couple of spindle markings on each side! The sound reproduction is EX+, still clear & precise throughout with no loud hiss, pops or crackle & definately no skips, sticks or jumps, but there is some brief low background noise during the run in grooves, overall a really great loud & punchy listen!! The matrix nos. are; ILPS-9147, A-1U stamper 1-T, B-1U, stamper 1-R. This is one of the very early copies of the 1st pressing of the original 1971 UK stereo issue of this album!!All records are checked on an Acoustic Research deck before being listed and any flaws noted in the listing, so if you have any problems with the record please contact me for a full refund of original price & postage on return of the record (no partial refunds), no quibbles, no problems!!
