Description
This auction is for a near-perfect original UK pressing of Songs For Swingin' Survivors by Mick Softley (UK Columbia mono LP 33SX 1781, 1965).
The grading is sleeve NM, lined inner NM, vinyl NM.
The record is as near to mint condition as is possible in the context of it being a second-hand record. It is effectively mint, although we normally resist using this grading unless an album is a factory-fresh/unplayed reissue.
It appears to be possibly unplayed, with no discernible marks or spindle marks. The laminated flipback sleeve has a perfect sheen and is also in near-perfect condition with all spines, etc, in tact. The LP has what appears to be its original polylined 'Emitex' inner, in superb condition.
This is one of the rarer and more sought after of the folk revival-inspired English recordings of the 1960s, and almost impossible to find in this condition.
