Description

Signed in person summer of 2003 (in silver Sharpie) on the campus of Boy's and Girl's Town, Omaha, Nebraska. Mr Rooney & his wife Jan were special guests there, commemorating the 65th anniversary of the "Boy's Town" movie premiere. He was given honorary "Mayor for Life" by the executive director of Boy's and Girl's Town.


Please note the small water stains on the cover, which are depicted in the photos. Overall, the LP is in pretty good condition despite these.


He passed away 4-6-14. This is a rare opportunity to own an item signed by a true Hollywood legend, with dozens of movies to his credit.


I've been collecting autographs in person for 30+ years. It's time to clear out the inventory as I wind down from this hobby that's brought me so much joy and happy memories.


He wasn't the most pleasant about signing for me, but Jan, his wife, was kind enough to express to him that he should treat his fans with kindness and respectfully sign for them. He begrudgingly accommodated my autograph request.
