Sleeve Good as seen, looks like some water damage, slight corner wear, the Inner sleeve Vg+.
Inner fly sheet with band info and tracks details Excellent.
A Sean A. McDermott and Hey Paulette collaboration with Dale Arden & The Claymen and Twigs contributions make this a great example of the 80's music scene in Dublin and gem of a e.p. by these guys with great production and packaging.

Read the flyer the pics supplied are good, it's a mine of info, everybody involved gets a mention.
There's a very light hairline on the b-side that's only reallynoticeable on the 5th track ( nice female vocal) hence the Ex-but no great detraction overall,
