Another private collection I recently purchased from a Jamaican distributor here in Miami. This was his private personal collection as he imported and exported throughout the 60's through 90's

Most are NM to M and some are still sealed. Please check out some of the rarer 12" and LP's we have listed and will be listing.

Historical Jamaican artifact. Rare Test press on transluscent aqua wax of The Mighty Viking W.I.R.L. RJR Band of the Year LP Stereo S-1030. Thick slab like deep groove pressing. Jacket has handwritten details on front and rear. I played this LP twice and it takes your breath away how great this band was. This plays Mint and is Near Mint condition. Sonny Wong,Victor Wong,Neville Hind,Bobby Ellis and others.

According to Reggae Routes Despite the Skatalites stellar and legendary reputation, they were not the most popular band of the time. An RJR poll in Feb. 1965 they were shown to be the 4th most popular band in the country. THE MIGHTY VIKINGS garnered 2,411 votes,Carlos Malcolm's Afro Jamaican Rhythms got 2,367,Byron Lee & Dragonaires got 956,Tommy McCook and the Skatalites 273,the Granville Williams Orch 20 and The Lennie Hibbert Combo 6.

This is truly 1 of a kind and a chance to own an important and historical recording from Jamaica's legendary band. Jacket has a split seam, but this ain't about dat. DEAD WAX WIRL 1030 S Side 1/ WIRL 1030 Side 2.

This came from a legendary Jamaican producer and record distributor. There is nothing to come close to the size, breadth and importance of this collection. Please stay tuned

Most of the 12's and LP's were sealed or extra copies in NM to Mint condition. Please bookmark us for we will be putting on some amazing records in the next few weeks.

No reissues.NO Counterfeits or Bootlegs.

Please leave us 5 Stars ! . You might think that you are leaving a reasonable rating by giving a seller 4 Stars , but this is not true, eBay's feedback system treats anything less than a 5 Stars as sub-standard and punishes sellers . A 4 is actual a BAD rating for the seller . So in all fairness, I ask that if you were happy with your transaction please rate me 5 Stars as anything less is saying you were not pleased. If there is a problem , contact me and I'll make it right . Thank You
