Very rare and one of the best Bay Area Private Jazz Raga Funk LPs. Amazingly funky instrumentals. Brute Strength is featured on the Ubiquity compilation Bay Area Funk Vol 2 which was recorded from this very album.
Here is a part of an old review I wrote about the album after interviewing a few members of the band: All the musicians received the sheet music from Mike two days before recording. He wrote all the music for each musician and for each instrument. On the day of recording, before playing, all the musicians popped an Opium laced Tootsie-Roll that Mike provided. The sounds that you hear are what the result of that experiment was. Enjoy!
Vinyl is VG++ and looks unplayed. Jacket has a little to no wear and is graded VG++.
All US packages shipped Media Mail with any loss being on the buyer. For US buyers, if you would like to use Priority mail it will cost $8 + $2 each additional vinyl. Worldwide $14 + $3 each additional vinyl. All packages valued over $150 will need Priority/Insurance mailing for US customers and Express Mail for overseas winners.
