Buy from trusted dealers known to sell only genuine Japanese Mini LP CD's. You could be ripped-off if you purchase "replica" Mini LP CD's from Russia, Finland, Belarus, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Ukraine, and China that sleeve numbers don't match the numbers on the CD. If the price of a Mini LP CD seems too good to be true, then it may well be a counterfeit.
