Label is "446 W. 50th St. N.Y.C." and deep groove on both sides. "RVG" and "AB" in the runout on both sides.  Record is groove guard.  Address on back cover is "447 west 50t street, new york 19. n.y.". 

Record looks VG++ and plays VG++.  Record looks glossy, very clean and not worn.. No scratches.  Just a few very light marks.   Few ticks but not repetive and below level of music. Plays quiet and nice.

 

Cover is VG+.

Front cover has light to moderate wear and some staining. Very small piece of laminate missing at the pocket. Heavy wear at corners. No split seams.   Back cover has light to moderate wear. Spine tight and readable.
