Description

Miles Davis “Collectors’ Items” Prestige Records 1956 1st pressing/Abbey Manufacturing “AB”  (# 7044 mono) in a laminate cardboard sleeve. The record grading is Excellent (EX) with minimal to zero surface noise. There are no scratches. The following is on the run-out grooves:


  • Side A): (etched) PRLP-7044-A RVG (stamped) AB G [G tilted 90°]

  • Side B): (etched) PRLP-7044-B RVG (stamped) D [D tilted 90°]


The outer case is also Excellent (EX) with a small ding to the lower right-hand side of the front cover which creates only a ¼” split and some age wear There are a few stains on the back cover. There are tiny dings to the top & bottom corners on the spine. Overall, the front cover is gorgeous with a light turquoise “paint brush” style swish on the top left-hand side and a glossy luster making it look almost new. The LP is in a British “Angel Records” inner sleeve. (all reflected in the photos). All sales final.


NOTE: This album will ship with the inner sleeve & record OUTSIDE of the cover as to prevent any possible seam damage to the cover during shipment. Both the album cover and the inner sleeve & vinyl will be contained within a plastic protective sleeve inside of the shipping box with padding on top & bottom. This item will also be insured for the full sale value at my cost.
