From Columbia Records (CL 1193) this is MILESTONES...... by MILES DAVIS, an original (first) US mono pressing from September 2, 1958. Jacket shows modest shelf wear with light foxing on back along top (see photos), o/w clean and sturdy. 

Deep Groove labels and playing surfaces are stone cold MINT, flawless, pristine, and plays same. Remarkable piece.
