White label promo, Deep Groove. PLAY TESTED.  

Side A Surface Noise level (Quality): 8.5/10. There is heightened surface noise at the beginning of "So What" every 15 seconds lasting for 5 seconds. The level of noise I would rate 2-3/10 in the aggravation scale, it is very soft. It ends completely about 1 min in.

Side B Surface Noise level (Quality): 9/10 There is a very soft repeating tick (x2) 8-15 sec in and again (x2) about 46-50 seconds in.  There is a soft repeating tick 19 min in.
