Miles Davis - Kind of Blue  featuring Cannonball Adderly, Paul chambers, John coltrane, Jimmy Cobb, Bill Evans, Winton Kelly  Columbia CL 1355  mono  1959  white label with 6 eye  VERY EARLY PROMO - very early edition (label says demonstration and not for sale)  Record is VG sleeve is VG - there is a marking on the back that says KDON (see pics) 
TESTED sounds amazing - a few very light marks, and very very light warping on one side that does not affect sound
