Description
This is the original deep-groove mono pressing of Miles Davis “Miles Ahead” on the six-eye labels of Columbia CL 1041. The playing surface is mint, with a high luster; perhaps played once. The “frame” cover is bright, clean and unworn throughout. (This cover is famous: when Miles saw that Columbia put a white woman’s image on his record, he demanded that it be withdrawn and replaced.) Illustrated inner sleeve is included. Personnel include the Gil Evans Orchestra, Paul Chambers, and Art Taylor. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL.
