Description
This is Columbia Records CL 2601, Miles Davis Miles Smiles, a red and white, 2 eye 360 Sound label original mono issue of this classic record with 1/A 1/A stamped in the dead wax. The record is in VG+(+) condition, (a strong VG+) showing some marks mostly on side 2. The record plays quietly throughout with no skips or distortion hence the additional (+). The cover, has loss on both bottom corners probably from a cat but is otherwise unblemished and intact. The labels are excellent but show light spindle marks. The record was cleaned on a VPI 17 and played on a Linn Sondek LP12 in mono mode. If you can accept the bad cover, this is an excellent collector's grade copy of this rare original mono issue.
