Note: I rescued about 20 or so nice collectible jazz records from a sure death. They will all be cleaned and played completely before listing.. They may need a little airing out.
 Some minor musty smell.

 Vinyl is clean with mostly all original luster. Record has seen minor play time.
Record grades a EX. condition on A side. A VG+ on B side. There are a couple very minor surface marks only.
No real flaws to list..
Record plays and sounds terrific.
Both sides play real clean. Barely a sound. Deep Groove Labels
 No stickers.   No writing. 
  Jacket is in a Good Condition. 
Some paper tear on bottom edge.
 Some ring wear.. Some corner wear. 
 Top has a split 2/3 of the way. Wear on other edges.
Some age wear only on back cover. No paper damage.
Crayon scribble on back.
 Original Columbia clear inner sleeve in EX. condition.
