Description
This is Columbia Records CL 1193, Miles Davis Milestones, a red and black 6 eye label, original mono issue featuring John Coltrane, Cannonball Adderley and Red Garland. The matrix numbers1AC/1D are in the dead wax. The record is in near mint minus condition with only a very few light paper sleeve marks (which do not effect the play) keeping it from being near mint. The record plays quietly throughout. The labels are excellent showing only light spindle marks. The cover with it's original inner sleeve, is near mint. This is a superb collector's grade copy of this original mono issue (the stereo issue is re-processed) offered with no reserve. The record was cleaned on a VPI 17 and played on a Linn Sondek LP12.
