Miles Davis Cookin' With The Miles Davis Quintet (Analogue Productions AAPJ-021
Highest quality, limited edition, numbered, remastered reissue from 2010 of this classic Miles Davis Quintet recording from 1956, with the all-star cast of John Coltrane, Red Garland, Paul Chambers and Philly Joe Jones. This was among the famous string of four quintet releases on Prestige Records from mid to late 50's that epitomized the new frontier of mid-century modern jazz.
Record grade: NM Super clean copy, looks barely played. Absolutely incredible high fidelity from Analogue Productions, the gold standard of audiophile record labels.
Cover notes: Beautifully reproduced glossy, laminated cover art on solid and straight heavy board, with tight seams all around. Minor corner ding.
Record grading: M (Mint): This record will be unplayed, and typically unopened unless otherwise noted. NM (Near Mint): This record will have little to no signs of handling or play. EX (Excellent): This record will have very few visual imperfections that will have little to no affect on sound. VG+ (Very Good plus): This record will have few visual imperfections with minor affect on sound. G (Good): The record will have heavy wear, with very apparent surface and background noise. A plus or minus may be given, if notable.

Shipping: All records will be shipped in a sturdy, reinforced cardboard box mailer, with record and cover protected in plastic sleeve. Standard shipping will be via USPS media mail, at cost of $4.00. Priority mail also available, at cost of $10.00. Save on combined shipping when additional records are purchased. For additional records, $1.00 will be added to initial shipping cost.
