Miles Davis “Relaxin’ with The Miles Davis Quintet” Prestige Records 1958 1st pressing with the New York City address on the labels and the “dime sized”,21mm indentation surrounding the B side spindle indicating an Abbey Mfg pressing (# PRLP 7129 mono) in a laminate cardboard sleeve. The record grading is Very Good Plus (VG+) with some sparse light crackling. There are no visible scratches on the album. The following is on the runout grooves:

• Side A): (etched) PRLP-7129-A (stamped) [sideways A] RVG

• Side B): (etched) PRLP-7129-B (stamped) [sideways A] RVG

The outer case is also Very Good Plus (VG+) with a 3” split in the middle of the top seam. The spine & bottom seam have no splits and just very small dings to the corners. The laminated front cover is glossy with a few tiny abrasions on the left-hand side. The back cover has some handwritten ink markings, a tiny tear near the top and a small stain in the upper right-hand corner. Overall, the covers are quite clean. (all reflected in the photos). All sales final.

NOTE: This album will ship with the inner sleeve & record OUTSIDE of the cover as to prevent any possible seam damage to the cover during shipment. Both the album cover and the inner sleeve & vinyl will be contained within a plastic protective sleeve inside of the shipping box with padding on top & bottom. This item will also be insured for the full sale value at my cost.
