Columbia Records CL 949 (mono) (made in USA) - Miles Davis Quintet - 'Round About Midnight LP released in 1957. This is an original first pressing with a deep groove under the "six-eye" labels. 1A/1A stampers in the dead wax.
Personnel: Miles Davis, trumpet; John Coltrane, tenor sax; Philly Joe Jones, drums; Red Garland, piano; Paul Chambers, bass.
The condition of the record is near mint minus, no scratches, no scuffs, no spindle wear; the side two label has circles on it made with a ball point pen (see scan). The cover is in excellent VG++ condition, no seam or spine splits, no holes. "G-29" is written on the back cover in the upper right corner. Includes custom Columbia label paper inner sleeve.
