This is a mint condition, no tear on the box and the LP is also mint, played less than 5 times from my 3000 LP collection

it was played gently on a SME 20/2A w/Koetsu Roewood, a well aligned wonderful setup.  therefore, the LP is be in Mint condition NOTE: I will charge actual shipping with well package, more than the normal media package to ensure that you are getting it safety

this is one of my 3000 LP collection, played less than handful of times only
