Recorded on March 2 & April 22, 1959.Hallmarks of this pressing:
- Labels are 6-eye Columbia mono with "Made in U. S. A." printed at bottom rim.
- Like all covers through the 1970s, the back cover incorrectly lists the track order as "Flamenco Sketches" (B1) and "All Blues" (B2).
- The label also lists the B-side tracks in the correct order: "All Blues" (B1) followed by "Flamenco Sketches" (B2).
- This pressing has a large outer deep groove pressing ring.
- On the labels, the album title is in larger and thicker all caps type on two lines above the artist name which is in smaller all caps type - both above the spindle hole.
- A single "- M. Davis -" songwriting credit is printed underneath the track listing on both labels.
- The back cover has a "2" printed at the lower right back corner.
- This version appears nearly identical to this other variant that does not have the deep groove pressing ring: Miles Davis - Kind Of Blue.
