Milstein Plays Bach Sonatas and Partitas 3 LPs
LPs -- I just listened to this entire performance before posting. Vinyl is generally very clean and super listenable -- if you are looking at this, you probably know these disks have a beautiful, immediate sound. But there are (by my count) 3 brief production bubbles (including one on the Chaconne). There are also *very* brief ticks on Sides II, III and VI. Finally, there is a fairly long (3 minutes?) but soft tick at the beginning of Side IV.
Box VG -- split, missing a side edge
This is, of course, an amazing performance.
