Minutemen DOUBLE NICKELS ON THE DIME, 2-LPs, Gatefold, SST Promo 1984, 1st Press

$

350

Selected titles from the private collection of a music business veteran are now being made available for the first time. Titles offered by this Seller are one-owner and came directly from the pressing plant, record company warehouse, other label reps or record store unless otherwise noted.

Grading is based on visual inspection.

Album ships in a 2 MIL poly cover sleeve and a soft poly inner sleeve.

I package records outside the cover to avoid seam splits.

New and vintage vinyl is hard to grade strictly using eBay’s system because the record and the cover are two different components. Therefore, I call a record new and mint if it is opened but has never been played.  I use the grading category to describe the cover condition.

• This Double Album is an SST Records Promotional Copy of the First Pressing of the original 1984 release.
• This copy has never been played.
• The diagonal corner cut upper right indicates this was a Promo.
• The gatefold cover has tight seams, a stiff spine and shows no wear.
• Includes an SST catalog insert.
• Original generic inner sleeves are included. I have added soft poly inner sleeves.
• Recorded 11/83 & 4/84 at Radio Tokyo in Venice, CA. Track A9 recorded 4/20/84 at Club Lingerie, Hollywood, CA.
• This is a one-owner that the Seller got new from SST Records in 1984. It has been in storage for 37 years.
