The Beatles
Abbey Road
No 'Majesty'
(With misaligned Apple too)
Fantastic 1969 Beatles UK LP. This was the Beatles' 12th LP, released on the 26th September. It was also the last official Beatles release that was recorded by them. Staying at number one for almost 18 consecutive weeks, it was only knocked off by The Rolling Stones' "Let It Bleed."
Catalogue number: Apple PCS 7088
Matrix Number Side 1: 749-2
Matrix Number Side 2: 750-1
Mothers/Stampers Side 1: MLG @ 3 O'clock 1 @ 9 O'clock

Vinyl: VG. Lovely FLAT & SHINY vinyl. She does have quite a few light marks to her as well as just a little dust in the grooves. A light background Shhhhh..with the odd very small pop-That's it!
JUST HAD THE UTTER JOY OF LISTENING TO HER
A professional, but gentle clean and you've got a great copy!
NO JUMPS OR SKIPS
Labels: VG+. There are quite a few light spindle marks, seen only when angled towards the light...With some hole wear too.
PLEASE SEE THE DETAILED IMAGES PROVIDED
NO "Sold in the UK..." text.
Outer text begins: "Apple Records all rights.."
"Mfd. in U.K." text. The labels are nice and vibrant.
This is the 1st pressing DARKER version of this Apple label.
The last song credit DOES NOT HAVE "Her Majesty" on the Side 2 label.
Cover: VG.The cover of this LP is the rarer cover, with the alignment of the Apple Logo on the back is NOT inline with the text.
The spine is lovely and strong.
Just some small crescents of spidering and light ring wear...
Sharp corners with slight knocking.
A tiny bit of sticker residue and a little hole to the back, which I have just noticed pops through to the front..hard to see.
VERY CLEAN AND STRONG SPINE
NO SPLITS
The alignment of the Apple Logo on the back is OUT OF LINE with the text.
Inner: EX! Original white die-cut sleeve "Made in England." With "Patents Nos 1,125,55" text to the bottom. NO splits or writing.
THIS IS A LOVELY COLLECTABLE PIECE WITH THE RARER COVER AND VERY 1ST PRESSING VINYL
GRAB THIS BEAUTY FOR ITS LOOKS OR VERY NICE SOUND REPRODUCTION!
