I'm not the original owner, just a collector, and I picked this up second hand some years ago, so I can't say that this has not been played. Record looks new, Jacket has minor shelf wear. Adult owned, in a non smoking home.  

This rare edition has been out of print for quite a long time.  I've not seen one on ebay in years.
