All these 11 tracks were released in the 2 x 7” format way back in 1979. Here are the same tracks again but the songs were remastered which means the sound is better. MITTAGSPAUSE are from the city of Düsseldorf, home of ZK, MALE and KFC. This LP was released on the great 'Pure Freude' label in 1983. The label name ‘CK’ stands for Carmen Knoebel, the founder of the ‘Pure Freude’ label and owner of the well-known punk club Ratinger Hof in Düsseldorf. The band includes Thomas Schwebel from S.Y.P.H.
