Description
Very rare and sought-after MFSL pressing of Magical Myster Tour, MFSL 1-047. Half-speed mastered by Stan Ricker and pressed by JVC in Japan on proprietary "Super Vinyl". By far the best-sounding version of this release; far better than the Capital original or the digital remasters done afterwards. Incredible dynamics and bass. Record has only been played 5 times at most (I have another MFSL pressing I listen to!)
I am the original owner, and the record has only been played on my SOTA turntable and Sumiko/Grado/Hana cartridges at 1 gram. It was cleaned using a carbon fiber brush and in a smoke-free house. No scratches or surface noise other than what you would expect on an analog lp - however, MFSL's surfaces are the quietest around. Using standard grading the record is Near Mint. The jacket is VG++.
