Description

This is the LP The Modern Lovers by The Modern Lovers. It is from 1976 and is on Beserkley #JBZ-0050. This is it the Modern Lovers at their best. The band included Jonathan Richman, Jerry Harrison later of Talking Heads and Tom Tom Club, David Robinson later of The Cars and Ernie Brooks. This is classic. It is the birth of punk. Its raw, its fun, its stupid and its intelligent. There is not a bad track here. This is definitely a must listen LP. The record is in EX condition with a couple of light surface scratches. The cover is in VG condition with a fair amount of wear, edge wear and ring wear.

The songs are:

  • Roadrunner
  • Astral Plane
  • Old World
  • Pablo Picasso
  • She Cracked
  • Hospital
  • Someone I Care About
  • Girl Friend
  • Modern World
