Description
Various Artists - Mods Mayday '99
(Detour Records DPLP 020 UK Double LP 1999)
This is a UK original double LP pressing. It has a shiny matt single sleeve. It has its original picture/ information inner sleeves. These are printed on card. It even has its original "Detour" information card. The records have 1st press matrices.
A live event from 1999 (20 years on from "Mods Mayday '79"). It features bands from that LP & from the mod revival era. These are: Squire, The Purple Hearts, The Chords, Small World, The Killermeters, The Circles & Rosko.
Quite a rare UK LP.
Sleeve: There is some mild paper residue left on the rear sleeve. There are two scratch lines/ indentations on the rear also. VG+ condition.
Vinyl 1: Looks near unplayed! There are some light to mild pressing marks which can be viewed under a strong light. NEAR EX condition. The labels are very clean & show no spindle wear. Plays Excellent to Excellent+. Really well indeed. The inner sleeve is in EX condition. There are no seam splits.
Vinyl 2: Looks near unplayed! There are some light to mild pressing marks which can be viewed under a strong light. There is one arching scuff mark/ pressing mark on one side too. VG+ condition. The labels are very clean & show no spindle wear. Plays Excellent to Excellent+. Really well indeed. The inner sleeve is in EX condition. There are no seam splits.
Grading adheres to “Record Collector” specifications. I shall use good quality packaging (proper vinyl mailers & two card dividers).
