Description
This is a copy of the Mothers of Invention album We're Only in it for the Money. It is a yellow-label mono promo copy ("Disc Jockey Record NOT FOR SALE" on labels) with catalog # V-5045.
The record (I'm playing it right now as I type this) is in VG condition. There are some light marks and surface noise/crackle, but for the most part you won't hear it during most of the music, especially if you have a mono button or Y-cable for playing mono vinyl. It's quite an enjoyable listen. No skips, but "Mother People" on Side 2 does have some repetitive clicks. I have cleaned the record with the three-step Audio Intelligent cleaners and a Record Doctor vacuum machine. It will arrive with a new Diskeeper inner sleeve, shipped outside the outer cover to prevent seam splitting.
The gatefold cover and Sgt. Pepper parody insert are in VG to VG+ condition with normal wear you might associate with a 47-year-old album sleeve. No splitting or tearing, no writing.
