Stormy Forest
Rare Canadian Psychedelic Folk Jazz LP on the Richie Havens owned Stormy Forest label. Richie Havens helped produce this LP along with Mark Roth and he plays Sitar and Koto on here too! Montreal consisted of Jean Cousineau (giutar), with Fran Losier (vocals) and Giles Losier (piano and bass). Other players are Jeremy Steig on flute, Buzz Linhart on vibes and Skeeter Camera on drums. Great lineup! The Lp is excellent and it contains the epic killer track "Infinity" which is nearly 8 minutes long. An amazing example of Deep Jazzy slightly spaced Folk with Sitar, Double Bass, Percussion, backwards Guitar parts plus effects and one amazing vocal performance. No reserve!!
