Mercury Records (1997 pressing) Vinyl is play tested, and plays absolutely fine
Vinyl is very clean and very shiny. No scratches. There are a few light surface marks on both sides of the record, but these can only be seen when holding it up to strong light. The a-side looks to have been played more than the b-side, but neither side has been played very much at all. Very nice condition throughout.
Outer sleeve in very good condition. No edge wear along top, with very light edge wear along the bottom. Corner wear on bottom 2 corners, which look to have been "dinged" at some point (please see pics above) Nothing serious, in my opinion. A bit of storage wear present on back cover (again, please see pics) but once more, nothing at all serious. There is a crease running diagonally from three quarters of the way up the left side of the cover to the top of the cover (see pic above) This could've been the result of clumsy packaging when the record was brand new. It's only really noticeable on the front cover...does not show on the back. Despite these small flaws, this is still a really nice condition outer sleeve.
I will ship this record in a PVC protective sleeve to the winning bidder, to help preserve the current condition of the outer cover.
Inner sleeve just plain white paper....some slight creasing here and there, but generally absolutely fine
So, to sum up....great condition vinyl that has been played a few times, but is in lovely clean condition without any major defects. Very good condition outer sleeve with a few signs of storage wear, but absolutely nothing serious.
