Description
This is a World of Morrissey LP. Quite rare these days. I am not a professional record grader or seller, so I’m going to describe everything the best I can. Also, I have videos of the issues I mention. I will try to add them to the listing if I can figure out how. If you want to see them and they aren’t up, please message me and I’ll send them that way.
Visually, this is a nice looking record, still glossy, probably not played more than once or twice, but with some markings from coming in and out of the paper sleeve. Visually, I’d say it’s between somewhere like EX and EX- with a visual grading.
Audio wise, Side A sounds great, with just a little surface noise between some of the tracks. There is a ton of music on here, on what should have probably been a 2 LP release, so that’s to be expected.
Side B has some clicking after the first track, “Boxers”. I have a video of this if you want to hear it. It doesn’t skip or jump, and visually it doesn’t look like anything. If I hadn’t have played tested it, I would not have known it was there.
The second issue is there are some pops during “Well Let You Know”. I also have a video of that. Other than that, expect some light surface noise between tracks, but nothing major. I listened to the whole thing to accurately describe the best I can.
The sleeve has two dinged corners in the bottom left and right, which are clearly visible in the photos. The printed inner sleeve is still beautiful and in immaculate condition. No seam splits on either one.
The record will be shipped in a separate mofi style sleeve to avoid seam splitting, and secured in a whiplash style box for extra protection. I truly hope another Moz fan enjoys this.
