Description

From the vast collection of a well-regarded West Coast Jazz deejay, an unplayed copy (he bought two) of Mosaic's Miles Davis 10 LP record box set (with excellent liner notes/discography/photos booklet) of the Complete 1963-64 Recordings as Miles searched for the right combo of players to become his second settled group of five. Filling in or trying out are such as George Coleman, Sam Rivers, Victor Feldman, and gradually he acquires Hancock, Carter and Williams, and then finally Shorter. With a dozen unissued tracks. Sold out and sought after.
