Up for grabs are the Complete Roulette Recordings by the late legendary trumpeter Maynard Ferguson. This 14 lp box set by Mosaic represents the best of the best of Maynards career according to many jazz fans. This set just keeps getting more and more rare. NOTE...I HAD LISTED THIS SET LAST MONTH BUT THE WINNING BIDDER NEVER PAID.
I am not a record dealer, but would grade both the LPs and the box at M-. I would call the LPS Mint, but I played them one time on a nice turntable. The box has a couple of scuff marks from setting on the shelf...I have tried to show this in the picures.
I start all my auctions at an INSANELY low opening bid with no reserve. I will be listing two other Mosaic box sets as well, the Charlie Parker Dean Benedetti Recordings and the complete Count Basie Roulette Studio Recordings
Shipping for this set will be $8 for USPS Priority Mail Shipping....this is a HEAVY set. I will not mail this set by Media Mail. If you are bidding from overseas, I will ask that you pay ONLY with Paypal and that you include $25 for shipping. I will then refund the difference in the shipping costs via Paypal once I have mailed the package. Please do not ask for exact shipping costs during the auction as I cannot make trips to the post office to weigh the package. Check my feedback...I can be trusted to refund your shipping costs so that you ONLY pay the exact amount.
I prefer Paypal but will also accept personal checks and money orders. Personal checks will be held until clear.
