Long Out of Print--11 VInyl 180gm Records-Gorgeous Mosaic Miles Davis/Gil Evans VINYL Reissue Box Set-MINT Miles Davis/Gil Evans: The Complete Columbia Studio Recordings on Vinyl by Mosaic Records.
Out print for about 10 years. Each is hand numbered, this one is number 1193.
Only 5000 of these gorgeous vinyl LP reissue box sets were issued in 1997 by the undisputed leader in Jazz reissues, Mosaic Records.

The set includes 11 Audiophile pressings, 180-gram, deep grove, high grade vinyl, Mosaic calls them Q-LP's.
Mosaic set the gold standard in meticulous, complete, definitive reissue collections and this box knocked it out of the park.
The sound is richly detailed, high resolution, warm, silky, and real. With the right high-end audio system
you will be transported back to the cavernous Columbia Records recording studio.
These were originally recorded from 1963 to 1968.
The set includes master takes plus alternates from Sketches of Spain, Miles Ahead, and Porgy & Bess
plus many additional tracks.
The booklet is printed on heavy paper stock and includes an annotated discography and photographs from the actual sessions.

I played one side of the first LP on a carefully calibrated Linn LP-12 turntable about 8 years ago and that's it.
This set is in mint condition. The last image is taken from a Mosaic catalog and is not included.
