Description
Here we have a first edition pressing of Motörhead's fourth studio album Ace of Spades. Released in 1980 and distributed by EMI (unlike later editions from the same year, which were distributed by Polydor)
I would rate the sleeve as Very Good. As you can see, there are early signs of ringwear occuring at the top and bottom of the front cover, as well as a small crease. There is also some spinewear but, in general, it's looking more than adequate. It's a similar story with the record itself, which I'd rate at a Very Good+. There are some very minor surface scratches when held at the correct angle under the right lighting, but nothing that gets in the way of the enjoyment of the album!
I have pictured the EMI logo on the back cover, as well as the "sound clinic" matrix inscription as further evidence that this is a first edition we're dealing with.
Happy Bidding!
