Condition Description & Other Information ## Our copy includes Playbill Uris Theatre on Broadway foldout leaflet, missing in 99 of a 100 copies!! ##  The Vinyl is described as between Excellent & Near Mint and had it not been for some extremely minor hazing, I would have listed as Near Mint to Mint & probably unplayed.  Fully play tested earlier today playing with as perfect a sound as you will ever hear on vinyl, almost zero background & no skips or stops. Very few signs of play. No spindle marks visible. There are just a few extremely fine hairlines & near invisible sleeve marks to both sides of the record. The Vinyl has retained nearly all of its rich waxy lustre.  The Cover is described as VG+. There is some visible edge/spine & corner-wear. There are some fine cracks to spine & edges with associated wrinkles. There is some minor ring wear to front & verso. There are colour losses to edges & spine. No seam splits. There are paper losses to bottom of front & rear cover which don't take away too much from the look & otherwise this would be Excellent+. Couple of minor stains here & there. The Inner Leaflet is in Excellent condition with nothing else to report. Please see attached photos...
