 Island Matrix: ILPS+9108+A/B

Cover is outstanding. The text along the spine is clearly visible and it's strong. The edges are strong and only at the corners is there any suspicion of the most minor scuffing. Almost as new... honestly!  RC would describe it as Excellent plus. 

The record is the pink label. It is in less good condition than the cover.  It has no scratches but a number of hairlines visible under strong light.

I understand it to be the first UK pressing with tracks on the label in the correct order. 

I will "throw in" Brian Capers which, for a collector, will have problems. The inner cover and one of the labels have been "defaced" by a small amount of writing and a thin strip of sellotape on the cover.   See photos. 

Otherwise the condition is as follows:

Brian Capers:

There is a little fading at the top and bottom of the cover.  There is a thin line of sellotape or equivalent at the bottom.  It's odd there seems to be evidence of sellotape along the spine some glue-marks? I hope you can see this in the photo.  Just wondering if this was part of the design???  The spine itself is great, the print easy to read, if a little faded. 

The back cover has some very small scuff marks near the bottom.  RC would describe this as good. 

The inner cover is Fair.  Sadly a previous owner has written on it as can be seen from the photo. 

Record Condition: Very few surface marks but one label has had the owners name written onto it (see photo)
