Album Detail
Mott is the sixth studio album by British rock band Mott the Hoople. It peaked at No. 7 in the UK Albums Chart. It is the last album to feature guitarist Mick Ralphs, and the first without organist Verden Allen; because of Allen's departure, most organ and other keyboard parts are played by Ralphs. "All the Way from Memphis", an edited version of which was released as a single, received considerable airplay on U.S. radio and captured the band overseas fans, as well as reaching the UK Singles Chart.
Album Condition
Overall this LP is in near mint condition and has been very well cared for. It would make a great addition to any classic rock collection! The gatefold record jacket is spotless front and back. The vinyl is bright and clean and the original white inner liner is included. There are no signs of spindle marks on the classic Columbia labels.
Seller Details
I’ve been a vinyl record collector since the 1970s and now I’m enjoying my retirement hobby curating albums for my online stores. I primarily target albums rated VG+ or higher. All of my LPs are shipped in sturdy mailers from Bags Unlimited, which do a great job of protecting the vinyl in transit. Customer feedback has been very positive as a result.
