Vinyl Condition - Both Sides = Presumed MINT as the record is SEALED
Cover Condition - VG+       Gate Fold Cover with Cut out notch lower left edge and this corner through shrink about 1/2 inch with edge and corner wear here, tips of the other corners poking through shrink with a bit of wear (SEE Close UP PHOTOS), otherwise only very minor shelf, edge, and corner wear
