Description
I'm starting to list a collection of about 200 lps and 45s put together by my wife between about 1969 and 1984. Few of these have been played more than 2 or 3 times as, generally, they were recorded to tape and then put away. About 75% are in Near Mint store bought condition and look as if they've just been purchased. They were usually bought within a few days of being issued so, not only are they in pristine condition, they're mostly first pressings. Plus the lps all have their original inner sleeves and any inserts. The collection has remained untouched in a cupboard at my wife's parents house since she moved out and got married in 1984. If I find any blemishes or faults with any of these records I will point them out. Even the slightest shelf wear is absent from many. If you require additional photos of anything please let me know.
This is a copy of the LP Mountain Live by Mountain, UK first pressing from 1972 on Island ILPS 9199.
The stamped matrix no.s are ILPS 9199 A - 1U and ILPS 9199 B - 1U
The vinyl is in Near Mint condition with no scuffs, scratches or other blemishes. The labels are spotless with no stickers, spindle marks, writing, or stains.
The matt cover is in Excellent condition. There are no tears, splits, writing, stains or shelf wear. There is a tiny scuff to the bottom of the opening. The spine is perfectly legible. The cardboard still feels fresh and crisp.
The original blue Island poly-lined paper inner sleeve has numerous small creases and the usual slight browning / ageing down the edges where the glue has oxidised.

, an excellent copy of a 40 year old record.
Comes from a smoke free home.
