On Offer is a very nice copy of Muddy Waters at Newport 1960 on the collectible Chess label. This is in fact the 2nd UK release of this album, a few years after the original Pye Jazz issue. It is however a great live album whichever issue you have. This is a heavy vinyl record and the sleeve is nice thick card with very clean flipbacks and comes with the original blue and white Pye inner sleeve which is also excellent. No writing, stickers, stains, creases or anything else, a very clean copy. Please view pics for track listings. It is from our own collection and one of a selection of blues albums we will be listing over the next few days.
The vinyl is Excellent with one very small (1cm) light needle drag on side 1 track 2 which has no impact on playback. Otherwise in really nice condition its been played maybe 2/3 times at most!
The glossy laminated front cover is superb, very clean. The reverse is also very clean and white. The spine is full and clean and all text is legible. Labels are very clean.
This is a really nice copy of one of Muddy Waters' best albums, all of which are all getting harder to find, and seldom available as clean as this one.
